I'm trying to add Rey to my Sim's family with cheats so she can move to Sim Earth with him. It works fine, and she even keeps her custom voice, but the only problem is that this seems to make it impossible to progress in the Resistance story quests. I have another Sim that has a mission objective to "Report Back" to Rey, but no new Rey spawned on Batuu, and the original Rey no longer has the "Report Back" interaction. I even tried putting a cloning machine on the Resistance base to see if I could spawn a new Rey that way, but she wasn't allowed in the Sim picker.
I have a few ideas that could solve this problem, but I'm not sure how I would do them with Sims 4 Studio.
The idea I really want to do the most is to add the "Report Back" interaction and any other Rey or Vi Moradi required mission interactions to the Resistance holotable. That way, the mission can always be progressed even if Rey or Vi aren't there. I'd like to have the same for Kylo Ren and Lieutenant Agnon's required mission interactions at the First Order holotable as well. I'd also like early First Order missions to be able to be given from any First Order officer instead of just Lieutenant Agnon, since you can't get to the holotable until you reach rank 2.
If anyone would do this for me I would be so incredibly grateful. I'll also take advice for how I might get started doing this myself.
Edit: If anyone’s curious I’ve managed to do this myself for one of Rey’s interactions, and I’m planning on doing the rest of Rey’s when my Sims go back to Batuu. I may upload this mod in the future but I’d like it to be more fleshed out first.
