Adding timed buff to clothing permanently code

Hey all so I've got a buff id like to add to a piece of clothing. the buff in question has a time limit of 2 hours (in game time) and i want it to be permanent as long as the sim is wearing it. i know nothing of coding or cc in general as this is my first project. anyone have a copy and paste code that all i need to do is paste the buff id into?

Is this even possible?
