Hello! I am one of the few who likes cc to show on townies. However, I've noticed there are a few greedy cc pieces that show up too often. I'm tired of seeing that one pair of sneakers on everyone...okay, maybe it's a trendy pair of sneakers. 
Is there a sneaky value somewhere that can overprioritize it to be chosen in the randomization process (whether it be game selection OR player selection in CAS)? I've looked a million times and can only see something called "value" where there are variable numbers listed. Anything helps! Thank you!
