modding request: pet adoption trait

When you choose to adopt a cat, dog, or horse in-game, there is generally a small selection. I noticed using the see sim info mod that these pets have a particular trait that allows them to show up in the adoption menu. I'd like to request a mod that would allow players to create a homeless household of pets in CAS and either give them a trait for being adopted or loading them into the game, assigning them the trait, and then evicting the household.
