S4Studio tools cannot install in blender 3.0+

Hello.. I just finished making an alpha hair in Blender 3.0+ and going to give it a cut but there's no s4studio cas tools. Only available in my 2.78 but unfortunately I can't open my blender 3.0 file in 2,78

I already installed the sims.io in the blender users preferences but it keep telling me error. How do I fix it? I read an article about this before and did the full access as well and it keeps giving me error.
