How do I permanently have Walls Up when save loads?

Hi. I like to play my game with the walls up. I'm currently trying to figure out why every time I load a save, the walls are in Cutaway instead Walls Up like I save them?









Here is how the walls look when I save my game and exit:






















And here is how the walls look when I come back into the game:















I know it isn't that big of a deal and that I can just change the Walls easily, but I wonder why when I save my game with Walls Up it goes back to Cutaway when I relaunch my game and load my save? Anyone know why this happens? And is there a way to have the walls set to up instead of cutaway when I load my save?
