Adding custom buff to cc package??

Hi. I make clothing cc so i made a custom "feeling good" buff that I want my sims to gain when they wear my cc. As far as making the buff itself i have successfully managed this.. but I can't find any tutorials on how to extract the tuning for this buff to my cc. I'm assuming to just extract the buff tuning to the "tuning" portion of my cc package file.. but I dont want to break anything. Can anyone assist me with this? mauvemorn thank you in advance for all the recent help under my threads.
