Heyo, I am going to keep it clean and simple.

There is a mod for a cow bell choker from a creator that I wanted to use for my male Sims. However, it is restricted for female Sims only so I downloaded the Sims 4 Studio to change and make it possible for my male Sims to wear it. However, when I did, the choker is not fitting to how a male Sim's neck would be, so I wanna fix that but not sure on how. Can anyone please help me with this?

Here is a picture of what it'd look like in the program fit for a male sim compared to the female sim.

In categories tab change the Gender &Age tag back to Female and apply to all. The scroll down and enable Masculine in Fashion choice. Scroll down to the end and disable all restrictions for frame/gender

Hello, I have done that, it has worked for some of the colored versions except for two colored versions that are the Black and Grey versions that shows it being under the skin.

Once done, save the file, go back to the main menu, open again and it should be updated
