Hi. The mesh exceeds the polycount limit and cuts are wrong - select the skates, add Decimate modifier, reduce Ratio until Face count is at least below 10k, then apply it; - switch to Edit mode ( TAB), select everything with A, actually assign the mesh to transformbone; - delete the first two uv maps, then rename UVmap to uv_0; - delete color attribute as well - give skates cut 1 - save, clone sculptFloorGEN ( bust ), import your blend and textures there; - export shadow lods, check how exactly they are made, make new ones. In the future, do not transform meshes in Object mode
