Hi everyone! I've read through some posts on pixelation of diffuse files. I'm making makeup, which I have done many times before, but I'm getting pixelation. Couple of notes: - I do resave them multiple times in Photoshop while creating - I do import them into S4S multiple times after each png save I am not going to add the HQ mod, so I'd like to know if there's any other way to avoid this issue. I've seen some responses regarding resaving the texture files and importing them multiple times into S4S. So, if I save the updated textures to a newly created diffuse png and/or making a new package each time will that help? I'm just frustrated and not in game at the moment, so I thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance! I can never get images to insert properly, so I'll keep trying if it's not showing picture link - best I can do lol

Hi. PNG is an uncompressed file, meaning every time you save it, the quality of the image does not change. However, once you import it in s4s, it is converted to dds. Even though makeup uses an uncompressed dds as well, the quality may worsen.
To avoid any change in quality, you should: - export in dds; - edit/create a new one, save in uncompressed dds; - import back (how many times you do this does not change anything).
If you’ve already made it in png, you should convert it to dds using a different program, then import in s4s: - open Photopea.com; - open your png; - File - Export - More (or something like that) - DDS. Choose uncompressed; - then import this downloaded dds in s4s
