Any way to retarget facial mocap to sims armature?

I feel like youtubers like steven studios and goodchills studios do this. For a couple of years, I've only learned how to retarget body animations. I feel like it's more complicated with face mocap since those use shape keys, and the sims armature also use bones for the face. I feel like they use a Blender addon called 'Faceit' but I'm not sure. A tutorial would be nice.
