I think creators who create skin details and make-up use this avatar as a base for women. And you can use this avatar (or a very similar one) as an example on the CAS screen. (I showed it in the photo)
So, which avatar does the content made for men look best on? Where can I find this avatar in the Cas screen in Sims 4 Studio? (2nd image)
Note: The male avatar I probably asked about is the male version of the female avatar I first mentioned. But I can't find it in the game.
