Tag a clothing item as tattoo?

Hey,

I have sims with horns and hoves but they get removed all the time like on the massage table, festivals, bathing and a few other occasions. Im looking for a method to tag these shoes and hats as body parts like tattoos or dimples that dont get removed by situational outfits.

I found the tags list. My first attempt was to tag the shoes as toenails but the texture of the shoe was just spread across the entire foot.

Which seem to have corrupted the item because I cant reverse it by changing the tags. Good thing the item was easy to find to download and work with backups now.

Or maybe another way to make specific items permanent?
