Hi, I made this hair here: imgur.com/a/ZqQbmZoIt uses the half updo from Luxury Party and the top and bangs from one of the hairs from For Rent. In a lot of the tutorials I've found for frankenmeshing, its usually shows someone adding bangs onto a hair, something more minor. But I really wanted to use the bottom of the LP hair, just not the bumped updo top of the hair. I'm struggling to figure out how to seamlessly texture this hair after merging it together. Even when I try to align the uvs (which so far appears to be a tedious process), it doesn't exactly match up well, and there isnt enough room for the uvs to sit on the texture together. Is there a better, more efficient way for me to do what I'm trying to do? I'm willing to start over from scratch, but I wanted to see if this first attempt was able to be salvaged.

Hi. You could join uvs of the top strand with uvs of the bottom strand, then align it with the texture of the Luxury party hair. This, however, will be very difficult to do because strands on the top hair don’t match the bottom one.
It would be more reasonable to do exactly what people in those frankenmeshing tutorials do: take bangs from For rent hair and smack them to whatever already looks the closest to what you have in mind.
