Can't Upload NormalMap to Sims4studio!

I saved my Normalmap as a dds while following a tutorial and for some reason when I go to upload the Normalmap it doesnt show in my downloads from Sims4Studio but it is in my downloads. This is my first time making anything for Sims4 and this is the one thing I cannot figure out, any help is appreciated.

Edit - apparently you cannot use DTX5 settings with the dds file but now Im not sure what settings I'm supposed to use as that's what was used in the tutorial??
