Cut number section is empty on Blender

Hi, this is my first time crating a mesh, so I'm a bit confused, the cut number used to appear on Blender, but I closed the window and opened blender again, and it disappeared, all the add ons needed are enabled, I'm trying to import my mesh to S4Studio. The only thing that appears on Blender is "S4Studio CAS tools" but when I click it it's completely empty. This is my first time creating anything to upload to S4S, so I apologize if it's a dumb question. Any help is much appreciated, thank uuu!
