Hello,
I've been trying to get my mesh into the sims4studio but whether i click stand alone recolour, create 3D mesh, or selective clone it opens the catalog, i pick an object and it always ends with this message: The save file operation failed to connect to the open and save panel service.
I have never made CC before or used sims4studio and i am on a imac, is this a problem with mac devices only? If anyone can help please let me know what im doing wrong!
Thanks

Hi. Could you please tell us where your s4s is installed (the path) and the settings? Also, where do you save this package file?

Screenshots can be uploaded on imgur and shared via links here
Your documents path should look like this: Sims 4 Documents: (user) -> Documents Change it, then restart.
Does an error pop up the moment you pick an object or after you click Next and try to save it? If after you try to save it, tell me where you ate saving it

imgur.com/a/ckyvp9wI've changed my documents path and tried again. I pick an object, click next and the cursor loads for a bit and the error shows up. I don't know where it is trying to save to, or how to change that.

Hi, andrew Do you happen to know what can cause s4s aurora to refuse to create packages after one clicks Next in catalog?

Hi syt7aa, I'm not sure what the issue is. A search for that message shows that a lot of people get that message in programs other than S4S too. Can you try the following things? * Completely uninstall S4Studio and install it again * Restart your mac * If you are using an extra monitor on your iMac, try disconnecting it * See if other options to save packages in S4S do work like "Tools > Create Empty Package" * Check if you can open a package with the "My Projects" button Also, which version of Mac OS are you using and is it an Intel or Apple Silicon chip?

Hello, I am using macOS 11.1 and it has a Intel chip. I have reinstalled and restarted, and am not using any extra monitors, and the same error shows up. Same with the Create Empty Package option and in the tool menu. However, I can open CC packages in the My Projects button. But i'm not sure how to use this to open the in game files.
Thanks!
