Hi guys! I'm dealing with a shading issue - trying to make my objects line up seamless. I found the tutorial of How to find an object's shader data in Studio but when I opened the objects warehouse- Model LOD-Editing Meshes, there's no Phong or PhongAlpha option - Not for the specific item, nor for any other I randomly checked (Using S4S Star 3.2.2.2). Is there a glitch, or was Phong removed? Is there any other way to get my shading right so the items would connect seamlessly? The problem I'm trying to solve...and That's what my S4S Warehouse looksThanks in advance

Hi. This does not look like a shader related issue. Make sure your sharp edges are split and normal map is correctly made. If they are, share your blend and package files please

Hi. This does not look like a shader related issue. Make sure your sharp edges are split and normal map is correctly made. If they are, share your blend and package files please Thank you for your help, mauvemorn. I think I got the edges split, outer normals calculated and I'm using blank(grey) bump.dds for normal map as there's no specific texture that would require textured normal map. The issue still continues. I'm pretty sure I went wrong somewhere in Blender bc I'm an ultimate beginner...and took a bit too big bite for my first creation Here's how it looks in the game. I added some more lamps on the wall to see how it affects the look. Blender file (I know there's a lot of light sources, but that's the only way I knew to get the shadows on the baked texture right. Could this be the issue?) Package filePlease let me know where I went wrong.

Hm, for the exception of the shadow, the object looks fine both indoors and outdoors for me. The only wrong thing im seeing is the specular, so try replacing it with this one If wont help, try cloning something else, something fully opaque

The only wrong thing im seeing is the specular, so try replacing it with this one If wont help, try cloning something else, something fully opaque I can't thank you enough Mauvemorn I replaced the specular, and it did look perfectly seamless outdoors...the problem was, that it's meant for indoor use only, and inside it still looked like every piece had a different color when they were lined up, even though it was still one and the same light grey swatch. Anyway... I took your advice, cloned some other objects and on the 2nd try IT WORKED!!! Looks perfect both indoors and out(checked just in case). It still needs some nip and tuck, so I can share the final image if needed (prob tomorrow) when I have more time to fix the minor suff. PS. The shadow kept bugging me as well. Any tips on how to get rid of it (for my future projects)?

Then it was the shader after all. Strange that a painting didn’t have an opaque one to begin with.
In your blend there is a meshgroup responsible for this shadow. You’re meant to reshape it to match your new object
