Hi. Breast bones affect this area. - in Edit mode in uv editor enable sync, select arms; - select each breast bone and click Remove; - enable Paint mask, Select - Invert, then paint.

I also have the normal version, and i tried to find what the problem is. "When i transfer breast weight to normal version,it's still normal." "When i transfer Spine2 to normal version,it's will cause the same problem." normal version blender:https://www.mediafire.com/file/tdgj82tbqmdrp7t/normal.blend/file

You do not need to do what you're doing, only what is written in the previous post - download a blend file from the first post, do not re-use the current one; - open it, select the mesh, switch to Edit mode ( TAB ); - in uv editor enable sync - click and drag to select uvs of arms; - in Data tab find breast bones. Select the first one, click on Remove. Do the same with another one; - switch to Weight paint, Select - Invert; - select blur brush, disable symmetry, blur edges where you removed paint If something is unclear or does not work out, specify what it is

In Edit mode select everything and Mesh - Weights - Normalize all (disable lock Active)
If won’t work, in Weight paint mode select the spine bone and spread paint in that area
