I've been working on this for 2 DAYS. I've used 3 tutorials.... i saw thats the beta was compatibale with blender 4.1 so i tried that. Ive done it sucessfully with one model but in the game it still shows the santa thing from afar and the actual model up close sooo, what am I doing wrong...
The models are on sketchfab by skylajade69 for the staff bot and the other is Mr.dabois for the freddy statue

Hi. Your blend file must be structured exactly like the original blend you're trying to replace is. If the original is made of 2 meshgroups, yours must be as well. Clone a maxis item again, export the blend, study, recreate
