Hey guys, I was trying to make a frankenmesh hairstyle following a tutorial and everything was going well until i tried to import my mesh. it's telling me to set the cut numbers but I have already done this? I am using blender 3.6.1 and i have it synced to s4s. I dont know why it won't detect my mesh :( ibb.co/qgzRWmM screenshot of blender ibb.co/DCx0gFk s4s error message

Hi. Share your blend file please
Unrelated, but you’re using a bugged version of blender, get either 3.6.7 or 4.1

You cannot jump between generations of blender, they are like different programs. If the path in s4s settings leads to 2.7x, you can work only in that version.
- get 4.1 and install it in the recommended location or on the d drive; - open s4s, go to settings, change blender path to blender.exe in blender 4.1 installation folder; - clone any hair, export a new blend, open it, delete 3 meshgroups; - File - Append - the blend you shared - Object - all three meshgroups, append; - check cut numbers, save; - import this blend into the package
