This is the error message I keep getting while saving. It also keeps opening up the folder constantly when i import my blend into S4 Studio. Is that the norm?

HII it seems this might be a common problem? I tried to recolor an object and got this pop up after naming the file.

Make sure that your paths lead to correct locations. If they dont, change and restart s4s. If they do, share a screenshot of them

click on ... next to Blender path and navigate to the real location of Blender on your computer
