Help making a "skin" overlayable. PLEASE!

But loads of my skin details/anatomy just don't overlay/work on it.

Its location is Skin Detail, Crease (mouth)

And I have tried sort layers of 100 up thru to 11000 but nothing helps

If I change the composition layer from 3- to 2 or 1, then  details can work, but the skin gets very bright and washed out. Can anyone help please?
