Hi, I'm new to blender and modding/creating CC. I was following a video tutorial by orangemittens for making poses in blender and it was going well until I put the second model and moved the first model to the left. My second model is headless every time. How do I fix that?

We would need to see the file but make sure you append the head and that the head has Armature modifier with the rig selected
