Multiple meshes in one package file

Hello! i was wondering if someone had a guide or knew how to make multiple meshes into one package as to not have 3+ variants of one item scattered around the buy catalog.

I saw one post but unfortunately the guide that was posted on it is no longer available ;-;

My example is im making medicine tubes and i want to have options for standing, laying down, rotated, ect.
