Hello, I've already done a few projects on s4studio and I've never had any problems.
But this time, I don't know why, the thumbnails don't appear in s4studio. But they are visible when I open the sims4 game.
I clicked on "Clear thumbnails cache" and it didn't help.
When I try to click on ''content management'' - ''batch fixes'' - ''Delete CC thumbnails'', but there is an error message that appears: Unable to find mods folder. Please check to make sure the one enterred is correct.
But I have never touched these files. So I don't understand why nothing works.... Can you help me please... Do you have any ideas and/or suggestions?

Hi. s4s does not generate thumbnails, the game does.
You need to start the game, look though all thumbnails so that the game generates them.
Then close the game and s4s. Open s4s again, then this package, and they should be there.
Delete CC thumbnails batch fix deletes all thumbnails from all cc in your mods folder, it is of no use to you.

I have already completed the steps you mentioned to me. But despite this, when I go back to S4studio, the thumbnails are still all white. I don't know why.
I tried to close sims4studio and sims4, then did the same process again (Open the game, see the thumbnails, close the game, go to sims4studio) But it didn't change anything... The thumbnails are all white. I don't know what to do anymore...

What category of item is it ( a chair, a cas hat, etc) and how was it created (standalone, override, swatch, etc)? Can you open the package and look at the top bar where the path is?  Make sure it leads to Mods folder |

The item I created from Blender 2.79 is a desk. I made 6 differents swatch for this item.
The package is in 2 folders right now.
The first folder is where I put it during its creation (With the uv map, the shadows, etc). And the second folder is the Mod folder from the game.

You need to be looking at the one in the mods folder only.

Ok this is the path of this folder:
C - User - User - Documents - Electronic Arts - Sims4 - Mods.
Is this good or should I change something?

This should be the path to your package in the top panel. This is the package you should be looking at, not the other one

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying, I don't always have access to my computer, but thank you very much for taking the time to answer me, it's very much appreciated.
Okay, I selected this package instead of the other. I opened it in s4s and the thumbnails were all white. I closed s4s and opened sims4, I went to see my package in the game and saw all the thumbnails properly, I closed sims4, I went back to s4s but the thumbnails remain all white... :(

How do I update s4s? I thought I already had the latest version available. I have the version Sims4studio 3.2.1.6 (Star).

I removed the old version of s4s, I installed version 3.2.2.4. I redid the entire process but it didn't change anything about my problem... The thumbnails on s4s are always all white :(
