Making a custom werewolf fur pattern

I was looking to make some custom fur pattern /skin for werewolves, as the paint function on the game sucks, the colored fur converts to low quality and it gives a weird seam lines on the fur.

I'm looking in s4s to find some base or something to make it, maybe a tattoo base, a skin, makeup, something, but can't find anything that covers the werewolves completelly that I can use for this. Anyone has an idea to make this? I've been searching to no avail :(
