Hair deforming when sim moves.

Hi! Im trying to convert a hair from a game to sims 4, but I'm lost about the wights maybe, or how it's supposed to work when you have long hair. I'm doing this for werewolves, but still.

The hair is supposed to stick to the back of the werewolf, but when it moves, the hair does a weird thing and completely deforms. I transferred weights from a lot of hairs to see if some of it helps, but nothing. Any help please :(
