Animation Setting up Spicky IK rig

I make lewd animations. I've recently made my own IK and need one more part. Stabilization. I want the feet planted and for the hips to move independently from the body. Again for adult lewd purposes. Thanks!
Would I need a Picture or Video for a resolve?
