Overlays won't work over my skin?

Hey there! I've been trying to solve this for ages but I just can't seem to fix it.

I have this custom skin that I've made and while it shows up just fine in CAS, I notice that overlays and some makeup won't show up at all after I've applied it. Can anyone help me on this? This is the package file (please don't share it as it's a mix of various cc by other creators, so it's purely for personal use. Feel free to alter it if you think you can fix it though!). PS: It's only available for male teens.

I've also noticed that the eyes won't show up either. I've made a seperate package for the eyes here, but it won't work.
