Hi. You need to watch a tutorial on the topic of making clothing for ts4 specifically, because the garment is not adapted to function in-game at all. You join your garment with the body once it received weights, uv_1 and vertex paint. It must have two uv maps named uv_0 and uv_1 for them to join with corresponding uv maps of the body. The uvs in uv_0 must be unwrapped in the space meant for tops to display textures properly.
