I'm using the latest version of Sims 4 Studio, which I downloaded 3 days ago. I've spent those days 3 trying to load into S4S, but it won't stop indexing. I left it running for 2 hours, and it was still at the percentage when I left it. I also tried letting it run overnight, but it was still indexing at the same percentage in the morning. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? I’ve used S4S before without any problems, and I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

Hi. Delete Sims 4 studio folder from Documents and repair your game just in case. After that, once s4s prompts you to set game path, make sure it leads to The sims 4 installation folder, not \Game\Bin

I'll try repairing my game to see if that works

Check Documents, not Documents\Electronic arts\The Sims 4\Mods I did what you told me and I'm getting this error The Sims 4 Studio - Version 3.2.2.5 System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'S4Studio.Logging.S4SLog' threw an exception. ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'D:\Sims 4 Studio'. you may have multiple versions of s4s installed, which cannot be done If your windows has a search bar, type in « Add or remove programs » there. In the opened window, in then search bar there, type in Sims 4 Studio and delete both. If there’s only one, go to aforementioned locations on the d and x drive and try looking for them Once you delete everything, do a clean install on the d drive

I’m not sure if it has to do with me deleting the S4S folder instead of properly uninstalling it in the past.

Where is it installed currently? Are you starting it from the installation folder? Can you try deleting everything s4s related you can find with the search bar, cleaning your register, then making a clean install on the d drive
