Hello!
I hope someone can help me with this issue. I noticed that it was a new update of Sims 4 studio and when trying to install, it wouldn't open. I also install the installer version in the zip version and both would not open. Every time I try double clicking it it makes a ding sound. I also restarted my computer as well and still the same thing. Not sure why this version doesn't work because I didn't have problems with the last one.

Hi. Move the downloaded file out of Downloads folder, onto the desktop, then try again. If you will get a warning like this, click on More info, then on Run anyway

For some reason, it doesn't have that option for me. When I double-click to install nothing happens.

Use a zip file. It is portable version that needs no installation. Create s4s folder in C:\Program Files (x86) or on the d drive, download zip, RMB-click on it, choose Extract all, extract to the created folder

Add it to exceptions in your antivirus

I tried it and it still didn't work. I downloaded the old version and it downloaded with no issues.

I downloaded the 3.2.2.2 version because the 2.3 & 2.4 wouldn't open

Hi, andrew. Did something change starting from 3.2.2.3? Something that could prevent windows from opening even the installer
