Request: Lock infant in Back Carrier Mod

Hi, I have mod request to lock infants in their back carrier. This could work similarity to how you can lock infants and Toddlers in a highchair using a mod. I want to be able to workout, cook, clean and go places with my infants without Sims taking them out. It could work also like the menu for assigning sinks  as bathroom or Kitchen. Click, Lock so sims cannot take them out, and Click, Lock again to unlock and sims can take them out. I believe this is possible because a creator converted the back carriers to the sims 3 and they are able to do everything with babies and toddlers even sleep in their bed with them still on their back. Is this possible to mod and can someone make this?
