ugadd you could try messaging them through Patreon or on Tumblr (https://www.tumblr.com/adeepindigo), if you're having trouble with Discord, but I think most modders do prefer to troubleshoot through Discord as you can have a back-and-forth exchange, share screenshots, etc in addition to them possibly having some volunteer helpers.
