I checked your files and was able to fix it. You have to change the location of the counter/hemper like pull it back some.
I dragged the hamper back into the position like a regular counter has (kinda), then used the footprint from counter part 1.
Anyway, that fixed your problem as shown in the pics. Someone else may would do different, but that's how I was able to fix it.
BTW, your medium lods and shadow lods are yet to fix.

Glad it worked for you, too. You could also lower the height of your counter/hamper a bit to 1.000 to match the height of the regular counters, so you could use them (mix match) side by side. Right now the height of your hamper is 1.086.
I tested this. When using the counter footprint the cats can also jump and sit on your hamper like they do on regular counters, but you have to lower the dimentions (height) a bit.

Oh, I want to be able to fit washing machine into it cause I'm making laundry room set! But thank you a lot anyway!!  Glad it worked for you, too. You could also lower the height of your counter/hamper a bit to 1.000 to match the height of the regular counters, so you could use them (mix match) side by side. Right now the height of your hamper is 1.086.
