Hi. We would need to see the package with the final texture to know for sure, but it looks like there's the garment's texture on the body's uvs There are other problems: - see how some areas are lighter than the rest? this is where the mesh overlaps in 3d view. Before you join two meshes, delete overlapping areas. This should be explained in a frankenmeshing tutorial, so if you havent watched one, do it first, this is not as straightforward as it seems - work in Solid viewport shading. See how everything is chopped up or the dark shadow at the bottom? All will be visible in-game. You need to remove doubles and split edges that are meant to be shaded as sharp

You can separate them like this: in edit mode switch to the material tab and click on Select button to select a portion of the mesh by material. Then you can press P and choose Selection to separate
