Hi. You seem to be adapting a cas item the same way one would an object, and thats not how its done at all. You should watch a video specifically on the topic of converting clothing to ts4, but the idea is the following: - clone a dress of similar length, export the blend, open, join all meshgroups into one, rename to Reference; - import your dress, close holes, unwrap this created geometry; - duplicate top and bottom from under the rig, join them, merge by distance, delete all parts of the body covered by clothing; - select the garment, create a new uv map, re-locate uvs so that they do not conflict with the body's uvs, rebake the textures, delete the original uv map; - transfer weights, uv_1 and vertex paint from the reference to the garment; - join the body with the garment, give cut 0, import into a package made of one meshgroup
