Hey Guys, I've been recoloring and editing alpha CC hair that I've downloaded. But I've come across this hair that I absolutely love but I can't figure out how to remove the reflection/shine from it. Any help would be appreciated! I cant seem to figure out how to add a screenshot or insert the package file :/

Hi. Upload images and a package on mediafire.com and paste links here

You cannot remove the shine completely since this is a property of the shader used to enable transparency. However, it can be reduced if you import a proper blank normal map

Hey thank you so much for the response. How do I import that? I downloaded the normal map and exported it to Photoshop and then to NVidia as dtx5 but its not showing up in order to import it. Am I doing something wrong?

You download the normal map, open s4s, click on My projects, open the hair package, in the texture tab choose Normal, click on Import, choose the downloaded file. You do not need to re-save this image, it is already saved as dxt5
