Need help with mesh gap

Im on mobile at the moment, so can’t check to be sure, but try this:
Select both parts of the collar between which the gap happens by hovering over them in Edit mode and pressing L, then Mesh - Merge - By distance (in old blender Mesh - Vertex - Remove doubles)
