Error on STAR 3.2.2.9

Whenever I try to make a path for batchfixes, I get this error: (more info after error)

I reinstalled S4S and this is what I get now. Also, my CC has a blank paper icon where before it had the s4s icon. Can someone help me with these issues? How do I have my cc have the s4s icon back and this error not appear? I also don't see the ts4 launcher in the folder when selecting the path in s4s settings.
