I have been struggling for a couple hours trying to figure this out. I have done the batch fix (did not work), tried changing the tags on all the cc shoes (did not work). Is there another option I can do? It has been upsetting!  |

Hi. Could you please share at least one shoes package that is not being affected?
Also, is the towel from maxis or cc?

It looks like it is a CC towel he is wearing.
Here is a shoe that never appears when they change into a towel |

These shoes were not started from nude feet and arent tagged as that, so the cc towel is most likely the culprit.
