[Mod Request] Movie or Show or Channel Replacement???

hello!! i didn't realize how hard making custom movies/show files were so i'm praying that someone here can do it for me! but i know there's a few mods out there that changes the movies in movie hangout to be like a minutes and 30 something seconds long. but i was hoping that some one can make a a replacement with the pokemon black and white episode called "Commanding the Clubsplosion Crown!" starting at 2 minutes + 20 seconds and letting it run until you have to stop it. please and thank you!!
