hello I have a small problem with the texture of my Accessor I add a rose in the hand of my sims and I erased the bracelet but when I import sims 4 in the studio takes textured skin color the sims you know why?

Do you mean that you exported the .dds texture and erased/removed the texture of the bracelet from it? If so, it will show skin because there is no other texture. I'm not sure if I completely understand your question but if you are trying to remove the bracelet, you have to do that in Blender. Export the LOD, open it in Blender and then you'll have to go to edit mode to remove it.
