Hello, I wanted to go back and make some much needed changes to my package Yato's Small Shrine (give it a specular and lower the poly count) but it seems that since I updated the game I can't edit the model without getting this error. It will still load the package - but I can't make adjustments to it in the Studio Window. Only the Warehouse Window. I haven't come across this error before. If you wanted to check it out and see if it persists for you, you can grab my file from SimsFileShare.
Is this an error with the model itself? I can provide a link to the blend file if need be to see what's going on.
andrew Hello there, I have the same problem with a film camera that I made. The thing is, I DID delete a file but whether it was shadow file or specular file, I don't remember. Can you help illustrate the process to remove said shadow file/specular file completely so that in future, if this happens again, it can be corrected?
Can you please help with this?

aatmahira if you post the package I can take a look at it. In general I would suggest not deleting resources in the Warehouse. Every resource is linked to another and unless you unlink it first there could be problems both in Studio and potentially in game.
Please do not PM me with modding questions. Post in the Creator Help forum.

It's fine to post it here or to start a new thread if you'd rather

I'm currently having a similar issue. I never deleted any shadows, but they aren't there. I'm trying to apply a buff and a trait as well, but the same object reference errors keep coming up. (buff error pictured below)
Edit: It appears that none of the tree fruit have shadows.
