my first time to try editing a cc..

I have been much of a downloader but sometimes i just cant satisfy my cravings for a cc.. Now, i will try to edit or make one for me.. I only have until the Get Together pack, and i saw that the jogger pants there are for male only and is quite low.. I wanna try to make it possible to be used by females and not too low on that crotch part. Any help will be aporeciated. Thanks much.
