Hi...Simmers! I am new @ doing CC for Sims 4 through S4S.... ( Followed Turorial to a T!! ) I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS2 9.0 as Advised in a Youtube Video to do Recoloring and Also Downloaded the "PLUGIN" Recommended for the DDS file conversion .... Even did the Direct X for Windows 8.1 ... as advised in the Video.... MIND you I watched one HERE and she uses PAINT.NET Well I downloaded it and it wanted to update and when I get to update it doesnt even install IT? Ive tried a few times with same issues... finding it frustrating to find a "Program" that will support DDS files...........Anyone that would/could help I would appreciate it im in such a creative mood I want to get started doing CC Thanks
