Do we pay people on here to create something for us? ie members im a bit concerned because i read a post, to give money to a member and we dont know who people are on here. And for security reasons, i would think that was a good idea.

Hi oreocookie2016, the request section in Studio forums is the only section where people ask for things they would like to see made for the game. People may answer those requests if they feel interested in volunteering for the project but the section is for items that are being made for free. It is not a Jobs listing where people can "hire" a creator and pay them for a project. If you see posts here at Studio forums that you find concerning please do not hesitate to PM me with a link to the post.  |

You're welcome and thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have updated the FAQ for the Requests section to make it more explicitly clear that it is not a Jobs Board. The post itself has been moved until the OP edits out the cash incentive. Studio forums is a hobby site...it is not the place to hire a creator. Further, people under the age of 18 have access to Studio forums and these members cannot be placed at risk of giving personal information in the hopes of receiving cash. I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know that it's fine to PM me if you notice a post that makes you feel concerned or receive a PM that makes you feel uncomfortable. I want this site to be a safe and friendly place for all our members and I take the input from the community here very seriously. If you don't feel comfortable PM'ing me there is a Report Post feature in the drop down menu if you click the gear in the upper right corner of the post. I would also like to remind everyone that Studio is a PG13 site. This means that we have members here who are minors. Please keep this in mind when you post and PM people. Thank you |
