How do you get rid of hairline?!? HELP ME

I was re-coloring but then once I go on my game there is a hair line that isn't there in the original hair. Which I don't get why is there! In my Photoshop that hairline isn't there! I cut out most the DDS file but its still there! please help me ;-;
