Hello, I made a mesh and such, it shows up perfectly fine in S4 studio and blender, however, when I'm in CAS the texture...let's just say the texture isn't correct. and with some outfits the mesh doesn't show. I'll pop a picture on here to show you. What it's supposed to look like: What it does in game =/ The bone assignments might be wrong too, hence why it's all twisty, but I'm sure I can figure that out. IF you all need the .blend file and the .package file so you can look at it, please let me know. I will post it on here. Also, this is my first mesh for the sims 4, and if there was a problem like this on the forums, I do apologize, but I couldn't find anything ^^; Thank you!!!

Hi macaronteacupbaby, welcome to Studio forums. It looks like you have your item mapped in the same place the Sim's garment is mapped. There is a start to finish accessory tutorial in the CAS/Pose tut section that goes over how S4 CAS items are made/mapped that might help you.

I FIXED IT! THANK YOU but now it won't appear with some of the clothing, meaning some clothing shows the accessory and some clothing hides it. It's a necklace if that helps.
Also, it seems to deform when I try to make the sim skinnier or rounder?

It sounds like you're having an issue with the CAS sort layers. Brujah wrote them out and posted them HERE. Because of the placement of this accessory it is acting like a garment acts when the sliders are used. This means you will probably need to have the second uv in the correct place and correct vertex paint. There are tutorials going over both of these in the CAS/Pose tutorial section
